You've gotta love this invention, the Dripstik...not sure which would make your child stand out more though...the great big, colourful plastic thing or the mess they make from the ice-cream? How brilliant is that? The only thing is that we usually buy Monet an ice cream on the spur of the moment. Chances that we'd have this plastic holder thingy on us would be pretty slim! But I still might look into it!
