We've had one of those really lovely, lazy weekends...I had a two hour nap yesterday afternoon and still managed to feel tired and ready for bed by 9:30pm. Though you can imagine how refreshed I'm feeling today.
The Big Fella has been enjoying his Father's Day which started out with a cup of tea in bed, served with much enthusiasm from Miss A who had been drawing all over a card and managed to put it into and out of an envelope up to twenty times before 7:00am!! She had almost licked all the glue off the reverse side of the envelope telling me that it taste nice. Bleccch. She is an odd little thing.
These are the two pressies he received from his two girls. Not that we wanted to go over the top here but it was a good excuse to spoil him with some much needed everyday items. We marched off to the beach and the park this afternoon, mostly to walk off a huge buffet breakfast where the top two buttons on my pants popped off, yes..whilst we were at the restaurant! Now that's embarrassment for you.
