Garden party..

Don't you just love those spontaneous outings with friends, where you have everything in stock to make a dashing salad as your offering? I made my "acclaimed" pumpkin, feta & rocket salad which made a lovely addition to the provisions for our garden party today - everything home-made, apart from the exceptional local cheeses and the wine. Unfortunately, I was the designated driver this time..but I declare, not the next!
