Stories from an Australian girl. At one time I was a mover and shaker in a city advertising agency but opted out for a simpler, more wholesome life. I now dedicate my working hours to my digital marketing consultancy where I focus on modern communications.
There's four of us in this family. We live in the hills above the south east Queensland coastland with much food, coffee, music and art. And life is real. Very real.

Do you do singlets?
Tell me, has the good old Bonds singlet died out or am I just a way uncool parent? My girls wear singlets all day-every day.
Chloe always wears a singlet too! For some reason I'm under the impression that to be a good parent you must singlet up, who knows where that cam from?
I am definitely in the singlet camp. It needs to be at least 35 degrees for the boys to go sans singlet. I even wear them myself for six months of the year. When I helped out at the school swimming programme last year I was scandalised by the lack of singlets - only about 25% of kids were wearing them.
When in Europe, Monet (& I for that matter) wore a singlet everyday and when we visit cold Vico a singlet must be worn... Common sense me thinks.
